What data we collect and why

The quotation request form on this site does not transmit or store data on the site's server: on submit, your own email application opens with a pre-filled message, and the data reaches us the same way any email sent to us directly would.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide (name, company, phone, email, request details) to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and carry out a commercial relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive.

Recipients and third-party services

This site is hosted on our own infrastructure, with no traffic-analytics, advertising or CRM services active at this time. Email correspondence is handled through the company's own email provider.

International transfers

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area in connection with this website.

Retention period

Correspondence received by email is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, in line with standard business-correspondence archiving practice.
